These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 21centurysales.com (the "Site") and any services provided by 21 Century Sales ([LEGAL ENTITY], "we," "us"). By using the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or interfere with its operation.

Services

Specific services (Outbound Setup, Managed Outbound, Fractional Head, and related engagements) are governed by a separate written agreement between you and 21 Century Sales. The terms of that agreement — scope, fees, deliverables, and termination — control if they conflict with anything on the Site.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (copy, design, marks) is owned by 21 Century Sales or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client deliverables

Unless your engagement agreement says otherwise, deliverables we build for you as part of paid services — domains, inboxes, sequences, Clay tables, contact data — are yours to keep at the end of the engagement.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes from outbound campaigns; results depend on your offer, market, and follow-through. Anyone promising guaranteed meetings in writing is selling you a guarantee, not a result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 21 Century Sales is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. For paid engagements, our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Niš, Serbia, unless your engagement agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
