The questions we get asked.
Is there really no retainer lock-in?
Correct. Managed Outbound runs month to month after an initial ramp period — we earn the renewal by putting meetings on your calendar, not by trapping you in a 12-month contract. If it's not working, you can stop. We'd rather lose the account than hold a client who isn't seeing pipeline.
What's the minimum commitment?
For Outbound Setup, it's a one-time [21-day] build. For Managed Outbound, we ask for an initial [2–3 month] window — not as a lock-in, but because outbound needs warmed domains and a few send cycles before the data means anything. Judging us on week one would be judging the warmup, not the engine. After that initial window it's month to month.
Who owns the domains, inboxes, and data?
You do. We buy and configure secondary domains, inboxes, and Clay tables as part of the build, and they're yours. If we ever part ways, you keep the full machine — domains, sequences, enrichment workflows, and contact data. We hand over the keys, not a dependency.
How fast will I see meetings?
Setup takes about four weeks: discovery, build, then inbox warming before we send at volume. First booked meetings typically land in the back half of week four, once warmup is complete and full sends go live. Anyone promising booked meetings in week one is either burning fresh domains or making it up.
What if you don't book any meetings?
We tell you in week one if we don't think we can move your number — before you've spent real money. Once we're running, you get weekly reporting so there are no surprises, and because Managed Outbound is month to month, you're never locked into a motion that isn't producing. We treat a flat pipeline as our problem to fix, not a market condition to blame.
Are you GDPR-compliant, and where does the data come from?
Yes. We source contacts from legitimate B2B data providers and enrich them through Clay — we don't scrape personal inboxes or buy grey-market lists. Every send honors opt-outs and unsubscribe handling, and we operate within GDPR's legitimate-interest framework for B2B outreach. Protecting your domain reputation and your compliance posture is part of treating outbound as infrastructure, not spam.
