/ Compliance
Outbound that survives the next algorithm change.
Compliance and deliverability aren't compliance checkboxes for us — they're how the engine stays alive. Here's the actual posture, in plain language.
/ 01
GDPR-aware by default
We operate within GDPR's legitimate-interest framework for B2B outreach. That means we contact business roles for a clear business purpose, document why we believe the message is relevant, and never pretend a cold email is anything other than a cold email.
Every recipient can opt out in one click, and every send respects suppression. If a domain authority asks, we can show how a given contact ended up in a given campaign.
/ 02
Data sourcing
Contacts come from legitimate B2B data providers (Apollo, ZoomInfo-class sources, and verified open-web enrichment via Clay). We don't scrape personal inboxes, buy grey-market lists, or import data from breaches.
Every email is run through verification before sending — invalids are dropped, catch-alls are flagged, and bounce rates stay inside provider tolerances.
/ 03
Opt-out handling
Every sequence has a plain-language opt-out, and any reply containing an unsubscribe intent is honored across all current and future campaigns. Suppression is global, not per-sequence.
We log opt-outs centrally and feed them back into the sender stack so the same person doesn't get a follow-up from a different inbox.
/ 04
Domain reputation protection
Your primary domain is never used for cold sends. We buy and configure secondary domains, set up SPF / DKIM / DMARC properly, and warm every inbox before it sees a real campaign.
Daily send volumes stay under provider thresholds. Reply rate, bounce rate, and inbox placement are monitored continuously — anything trending wrong is paused, not pushed harder.
/ Bottom line
We protect your domain reputation and your compliance posture because that's what keeps the meetings coming.
