What happens when outbound is built right.

Real engagements, real timelines, real numbers. Each case study walks through what was broken, what we rebuilt, and what the pipeline looked like after.

Note: numbers should be verified against the live client record before publishing.

From 6 to 41 booked meetings in three weeks

[Month, Year] · 3 weeks to rebuild

What was broken

SyncLayer had an outbound motion, but it was guesswork. A blasted contact list, generic copy, and deliverability quietly collapsing as fresh domains burned out. Reply rates were treated as a "market problem." The team was sending more every month and booking less.

What we did

We rebuilt the engine from the infrastructure up. Tightened the ICP through win/loss interviews on three closed deals, mapped real intent and fit signals, and rebuilt enrichment in Clay so personalization happened at the row, not the template. New secondary domains and warmed inboxes replaced the burned ones, and we rewrote the sequences around the actual value prop instead of feature lists. Same headcount — a different machine.

Results

  • Booked meetings went from 6 to 41 per month
  • Achieved with no added headcount
  • Rebuilt and live in three weeks
"Rebuilt our entire outbound motion in three weeks. We went from 6 to 41 booked meetings a month. Same headcount."
